💥Announcement time!
🟥This is not directed towards any client, this is from experience, past dealings, speaking with mentors & close breeder friends.
After alot of back and forth, hard discussions here at home, alot of thought & planning we are making a few changes & it will not be received well by all.
We are slowing down a lot compared to previous summers. I have alot going on both on & off the farm and the farm demands more of me day by day & that flock of 80+ ewes is ran by myself 10-11 months a year.
That takes alot out of me on top of my full time job, the home life and trying to cater to everyone.
This past year I have ran into some of the most demanding, entitled, down right rude people messaging me over pups or expecting some pretty crazy things and lets just say they dont want to pay up for any of it.
I contemplated selling my breeding age females & getting out but my heart wouldnt be happy. So below are some ground rules were sticking to in hopes to make it easy for all! We feel these are some core requirements for us & our program. If you disagree maybe we arent a fit for each other 😊
◾️ Applications are required for all dogs / puppies.
🔳 contracts are required no way around it.
◾️ deposits are non refundable, required , non negotiable. No deposit in 24 hours , puppy is available.
◾️ export dogs require 50% down to hold a puppy for tine to schedule flights & vetting.
◾️ Prices are our prices, this isn’t grannys yard sale. Do not message us making a offer.
◾️ If you are placed on a wait list & pass you will not be rolled to a new litter without a wait list application.
◾️ If you ghost on pick up day or last minute & we feel its a situation probably isnt being reflected to its honesty , we reserve the right to remove you from our approved list. Our wiggles deserve better ❤️
◾️We do not breed as an income, do not badger us on more litters. We will have 1-2 a year going forward to be able to fully focus on each litter.
◾️ We do make it clear our no visitors prior to 6 week rule & then we have a STRICT non negotiable no outside pet rule. If this is not for you we understand, but know rudeness, snarky responses will NOT get your way. We are set on this for safety & health of not only our dogs but your own.
