When you say you’ll be here at a certain time, we put other guests up or keep them back so handoff will be as easy as possible. When you are significantly late, other guests are waiting to be let out to resume playtime again.
Please be prompt and if you are going to be late, PLEASE text/call before your appointed time of arrival
