Located in the heart of Lansing's historic Old Town district, our 22,000 sq. store is a destination in itself, featuring a vast selection of quality pet products, expert staff in every department, and a vibrant mural by local artist Tom Phillips. ion is a must-see — people travel from hours away to visit! Let us help you set up the perfect freshwater or saltwater tank. We breed small animals in-store to ensure healthy, well-socialized pets, and we run a rehoming program to help animals find loving homes. You’ll find gerbils, guinea pigs, ferrets, degus, hamsters, rats, and more. Our reptile section features a wide variety of snakes, lizards, invertebrates, and other unique species. We prioritize proper care and education, so you can confidently care for your new pet long after you leave the store. While we don’t sell cats or dogs, we carry everything you need to spoil your furry friends. We’re also proud to partner with our neighbor, Constellation Cat Cafe, which re-homes rescue cats from Saved by Zade. Come explore our departments and make Preuss Pets your next stop!
