Exciting news! A few months ago, Dr. Helen Iannitti added a new skill to her resume, Veterinary Spinal Manipulation Therapy, aka animal “chiropractic” care. In addition to lameness, performance issue evaluations, and equine dentistry she is happy to offer equine “chiro” to current and new patients!

VSMT is a great adjunctive therapy to help horses feel their best. It also helps sooner identification of subtle performance issues and asymmetries.
