We spotted these two hipsters on the Eastside and asked if they wanted to do some farming. 2000 cloves later, and they are still here!

All jokes aside, these folks (our parents) have helped us out so many times that we couldn't possibly keep track. From pitching in during our early days navigating a cancer diagnosis/treatment to coming out to the farm to do manual labor, we are continuously shocked by their kindness, compassion and empathy

Bottom line, this farm would have buckled under the pressures and stresses of farming while navigating brain camcer. We owe them more than we will ever be able to repay. Thanks ✌️ 💚

Updates:

Hoodies are in!! We have vintage red and Columbia blue. They are going quick. Dm, text, call to order.

Ginger harvest has come and gone so fast. ALL of it went to Apple Blossom Kombucha for their ginger kombucha. Grab a bottle!!

Garlic planting is near. We are sorting and deciding on our final numbers. IF we have anything left, we will offer them for sale. Keep your eyes peeled for a future announcement on that.

Finally, we will not be at market 10/11. We will be back next week. In the meantime, microgreens are available at Capital City Market Eastside Lansing Food Co-op and Horrocks

Hello friends!!! The time has come to let you know that our mircrogreens are FINALLY coming to horrocks!! This is big for us as we've tried to get on their shelves for years! We will start with our mild mix, spicy mix, broccoli, and alfalfa. Starting this Thursday, you can find these in the cooler at the back of the produce section.

It would mean the world to us if you could share, spread the word, shop or call them and tell them you love highwater!! Let's show them what local support looks like!!!
