Hello friends!!! The time has come to let you know that our mircrogreens are FINALLY coming to horrocks!! This is big for us as we've tried to get on their shelves for years! We will start with our mild mix, spicy mix, broccoli, and alfalfa. Starting this Thursday, you can find these in the cooler at the back of the produce section.

It would mean the world to us if you could share, spread the word, shop or call them and tell them you love highwater!! Let's show them what local support looks like!!!

The first two braids with flowers are done!! We can realistically get 4-6 done per day, so that means quantities will be limited out of the gate. We have several preorders, so those are currently taking priority! Also, we DO NOT expect to be selling these at Allen Market. Though we did anticipate returning to ANC, they seem to have found a good fit with their other microgreen vendors, so sadly we aren't feeling like it's a good fit for us at this time. Find us at Meridian Township Farmers' Market for all your garlic and microgreen needs 😋

Garlic harvest is in the books. We need to dry/cure, and then braid. We expect braids to hit market in early August. We ONLY braid hardneck and we are the ONLY farm locally that does this. Please pre-order because these sell quickly. Dm to order

We have some unfortunate news to share....

This week will be our last at ANC. We are spread a tad thin and are having some more frequent health issues. We really feel a connection to this space and market, but we simply can't keep up with competing against additional microgreen vendors and farms utilizing non-profit labor. We are tough, but not endless in our energy and desires. We love you all so much and are so heartbroken by this tough decision.....but it is definitely the right call for us. We hope to be back this winter. Thanks for all the continued support. You can still find our microgreens locally at Eastside Lansing Food Co-op and at Capital City Market ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️

YARD SALE!!! We are having a plant sale at the house tomorrow (5/25) 1:00PM - 4:00PM. Please come by and grab some unique veggie or flower starts. We have some really awesome heirloom varieties that are sure to impress. We are offering some sale prices too! 3 for $10: 6 for $18: plus we'll have smaller flower "plugs" for $1 each. Sorry for the late notice. We might do it again mid-week :)

Plant pre-ordering is officially closed!! Don't fear if you missed it because we have plant sale planned at the house and you have a fewmore chances to stop by Meridian. We are sold out of a few things, but still have some really great varieties of tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and loads of flowers. We also have bush beans, tomatillos and herbs.
