Quarter Double R Equine Facility

A few weeks ago, we were able to make our very first Pounds for a Purpose donation, and we couldn’t be more excited! ❤️

TR 4 Heart and Soul received 650 POUNDS of feed! 🐴

Every single pound came from the weight lost by our treading clients! What started as an idea to turn the hard work of our horses into something that could help others has officially become something bigger.

A huge THANK YOU to every horse owner who has trusted us with their horses and helped make this possible. Every time your horse steps on the treadmill, they’re not only working toward their own health and fitness goals, they’re also helping horses in need!

This is exactly what Pounds for a Purpose is all about. One pound at a time, making a difference! ❤️

We can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together next!

We heard it’s National Mule Day, so what better day to show off our newest treading guest?! 🫏❤️

We’ve treaded A LOT of horses—close to 100 of them! 🐴 I can’t thank all the owners enough for trusting us with their horses. Along the way, we’ve also had a few miniature ponies and a donkey, and now we can officially add a MULE to the list! 🤩

Stay tuned to follow along with this pretty girl’s progress! We can’t wait to see how she does! 🫶🏼

We are excited to announce that we are officially an EquiTiva dealer for the north central part of North Dakota! 🤍

We’ve been using and learning more about EquiTiva and are excited to be able to offer their products locally.

We’ll try to keep some of their most popular products on hand, so you don’t have to wait for an order. And, just like our other products, if we’re headed to an event you’re attending, we can bring your order along or we can arrange a drop-off in Minot.

A few of the products EquiTiva offers:

🌱 H**p Oil — a source of healthy fats and naturally occurring cannabinoids to support overall wellness, skin and coat, and a balanced response to everyday stress.

🌾 Flaxseed Oil — rich in Omega-3 fatty acids to support skin and coat, joint health, inflammatory balance and overall wellness.

🌾 Cold Milled Flax — provides Omega-3s, fiber and other nutrients to support digestion, skin and coat, weight maintenance and overall nutrition.

🌱 H**p Horse Pellets — a source of protein, fiber and healthy fats to help support muscle condition, topline, skin and coat, and overall nutritional needs.

🍇 Grapeseed Powder — naturally contains resveratrol, bioflavonoids, polyphenols and proanthocyanidins. It provides antioxidant support and can help support neurological health, nervous system balance, healthy inflammatory response, immune function, recovery and overall wellness.

🍓 Flaxberry Defense — combines flax and antioxidant-rich ingredients to support immune health and overall wellness, particularly during times of stress, travel, competition and seasonal changes.

🌿 Green Vitality PH — provides concentrated greens and plant-based nutrients to support healthy digestion, gut health, immune function, antioxidant protection and overall vitality.

We’re always looking for products that can complement the work we’re already doing with our horses, whether that’s conditioning, recovery, performance or simply helping them feel their best.

We’re excited to have another option available locally and are happy to answer questions or help you find more information on any of the products! 🤍

If there’s a particular EquiTiva product you’re interested in, just reach out and we can get it for you.

We are working on putting together an order this week so if there is anything specific you would like or questions on prices, PLEASE let us know!!

What is our why? Well, this is our why! 🤍

This pretty girl’s stifle started locking up on her this summer. Her owner reached out to me, and I recommended getting a veterinary opinion — and she did just that!

Her owner has been working closely with her vet, doing strengthening exercises at home, and once the vet gave her the clearance to start treading, we got to work!

The day after pickup, her owner already had a follow-up veterinary appointment scheduled to check the progress of that stifle.

And the verdict?

90% better after just TWO weeks of treading! 🥹

This is exactly why we do what we do.

It’s not just about putting a horse on a treadmill. It’s about working alongside owners and their veterinarians to help horses get stronger, move better, and build the foundation they need to do their jobs comfortably.

And honestly? Seeing an owner feel that difference in their horse — hearing how excited they are about the progress and watching that hope come back — makes every hard day worth it.

This is our why. 🤍🐴

This little Appy is getting some practice in so she can play Cowboys & Indians with the kids at home! 🔫🤠

Not every horse needs to be an arena horse, and that’s perfectly okay! This family’s goal is simply to have a safe, reliable, good citizen that the whole family can enjoy and we can make those too!

So instead of just arena work, she’s getting exposure to the things she may actually encounter at home—trail rides, Nerf guns, deer, 3D targets, ponying, traveling, arena chaos, and all the other unexpected things that come with being a family horse.

Wow, what a turn out we had at our open arena today!

Huge thanks to everyone that showed up and cleaned up after their horses, used proper arena etiquette, and just had fun!! If you weren’t there, you truly missed out!

I have been asked to do it again as we had young horses that just needed to be around chaos, riders just having fun, and riders specifically working on things!

I am tentatively planning for next Sunday, September 20th but looking at the forecast, we will be inside unless something changes!

09/13/2026

Today is the day!

The forecast looks perfect with a cooler day but the sun shining so we will be in the outdoor arena! ☀️

The trail obstacles will be at the east end of the arena. The arena is big enough that you’ll still have plenty of room on the west end.

Please stay away from the high fence!

Arenas are muddy so here is an opportunity to ride on some safe ground and around some fun people! And who doesn’t want to practice some ranch trail stuff!

I can print patterns out if people want to practice patterns as well!

OPEN RIDING GUIDELINES 🐴

We will be in the outdoor arena unless the weather says otherwise! The ground is nice and dry out there, so let’s take advantage of it. ☀️

No need to sign up!

Lastly, this is a family-owned arena, and I’m opening my facility up for everyone to enjoy. I reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if they are not respecting the facility, the equipment, or other riders. I don’t have to open my place up to the public, so please help me keep this a fun, welcoming place for everyone.

No drama. No nonsense. Just good horses, good people, and a good place to ride. 🤎🐴
