🌿 2025 HOPE Multiple Sclerosis Ride 🌿
Tuesday, September 10 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: HOPE Therapeutic Riding Center, Langley fair grounds
We’re excited to open a few LOCAL spots for this year’s Catherine Cesero MS Memorial Ride, hosted in partnership with the Swedish Hospital Adventure Program.
This special event is designed just for individuals living with MS, with safety, rest, and support at the heart of the experience.
🐴 What’s Included in Your Adventure:
Each participant will enjoy two hands-on sessions:
1. Riding Session
A gentle, adaptive riding experience guided by a certified Instructor of Riders with Disabilities. You'll groom, tack, mount, and ride—focusing on balance, communication, and movement.
2. Connecting with Horses Session
Led by an Equine BodyWorker and Master Life Coach - this session explores body language, emotional bonding, and the deep sensory benefits of working with horses on the ground.
💚 Why It Matters
This day is built around your comfort and ability level.
Benefits for MS participants include:
✔ Improved balance, core strength & coordination
✔ Reduced stress, fatigue & anxiety
✔ Increased confidence and emotional connection
We monitor fatigue and stress throughout the day and offer a quiet room for rest and snacks anytime.
