Rate adjustments in Feb 2025.

Hi! Yes... The cost of everything is going up! Supplies, equipment, utilities, licenses, taxes and all the things!

We have not raised our boarding rates in 2 years and I have never raised the grooming rates. So, when we reopen in February, the prices will be adjusted.

Once we figure all of that out, we will post the changes. We don't have the information just yet.

Winter closing 1/22-2/22

Hi! We will be taking an extended break from January 22nd to February 22nd. We will reopen on February 23rd. We are excited to have some extra family time and have time to do things at the kennel and around our house.

As usual, calling and leaving a voice message is not the best way to get in contact, especially while we are closed. Email is still the best way to reach us, however, during the time we are off it will be checked less frequently.

We have all dates after February open, so....
-if you are a current customer and have ALL of your vaccines up to date, you will be able to reserve dates. (just in case you don't hear back right away)
-if you are a new boarding customer, you will need to make an appointment for a meet and greet with your dog before you can schedule a a stay. **For this reason, we will not be accepting new boarding or grooming customers until mid March.

Happy new year!

I took a break from social media for a while... It can get overwhelming, right!?!

I wanted to give you some updates and reminders. This is a snapshot, I'll go into more detail in separate posts. I have not updated the website to reflect everything yet...

1. We will be closing from 1/22-2/22 for an extended winter break.

2. Due to rising costs of EVERYTHING, we will be adjusting our rates when we reopen at the end of February.

3. Please send in updated PA dog licenses if you live in PA. We don't need licenses from other states (or the CVI FORM anymore unless you are boarding for 30+ days).

4. We are requiring all vaccines to be updated 2 weeks or more before their due date. We cannot accept last minute reservations if vaccines are not completed.

One Friday during happy hour I decided to order a dehydrator and give it a whirl. The batch came out decent, but still tasted like the rest. I also have a dog treat line called K9 Cuts which will be expanding into yak cheese sticks bully sticks and collegan sticks.”
