Doggy Smiles Rescue Doggy Smiles Rescue saves the lives of animals in high kill shelters. We then rehabilitate with approved fosters and rehome to approved homes.

Doggy Smiles Rescue Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals from high-kill shelters and owners who can no longer care for them. By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, local veterinarians, trainers, and boarding facilities, we are able to rescue these animals, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them well-matched, carefully

screened forever homes. We also serve as a resource to our community and all pet owners by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spay/neuter, positive behavior training, and good nutrition.

DACC sees firsthand the financial stress unexpected veterinary costs can cause owners, which is why we’re thrilled to share a new community resource offered by trusted nonprofit the Jewish Free Loan Association (JFLA).

The Four-Legged Fund is a zero-interest, zero-fee loan program that offers up to $5,000 (with one guarantor) to help cover the cost of:

✔️Routine care such as checkups, vaccinations, and dental cleanings
✔️Preventative treatments including flea, tick, and heartworm medication
✔️Unexpected emergencies like injuries, illnesses, hospitalization, or surgery
✖️Loans from the Four-Legged Fund may not be used for cat declawing or dog de-barking procedures.
