Petland has connected happy pets to happy families since 1967. Petland’s dedicated pet counselors are trained to meet the needs of both our pets and our customers. Petland is committed to animal welfare and the health and well-being of our pets comes first for all of us at Petland. It is our desire at Petland to make a difference in the communities we serve. For more than 50 years, Petland has been the retail pet industry leader in the area of animal care with ongoing staff training programs, in-store animal husbandry systems and community service programs aimed at placing homeless pets and preventing unwanted litters in the community.

Fun Fact! Petland’s founder, Ed Kunzelman, attended the grand opening of Disney Land in California. He was so inspired by the clean and family-oriented environment that he opened Petland in 1967 in Chillicothe, Ohio.
