Rose Cottage Bichons We have raise healthy and happy, Bichons, ShihTzu and Teddybear puppies since 2002. We are limited to three possibly four litters per year of Teddybears.

We raise purebred Bichons (expand ShihTzus as well as a designer breed Shichons(Teddybear) puppies. We are a mother/daughter business. I, Peggy Mclaughlin, and my daughter, Madeira (Lucky) McLaughlin. Our website is-
