🚨 DOG PARENTS: HEAT STROKE WARNING 🚨
Summer heat can be deadly for our pups 🐶☀️ Dogs don’t sweat like we do — they rely on panting to cool down, and that’s not always enough. Heat stroke can hit FAST and be FATAL within minutes.
💥 Signs of heat stroke:
• Heavy panting 😰
• Excessive drooling 💦
• Red or pale gums 🩸
• Weakness or collapse 🫠
• Vomiting or diarrhea 🤢
🚫 NEVER leave your dog in a parked car — even with the windows cracked!
🏃♀️ Walk early morning or late evening
💧 Keep water available at all times
🧊 Use cooling mats, fans, or frozen treats
When in doubt, get to a vet ASAP 🏥
Keep them cool. Keep them safe. 🐾💛
