Daisy 🌼
Because of space we can’t accept any owner release pets at this time. But we also want to help ensure that they aren’t just giving them to anyone that’s not going to give them a good home.
She is still a pup at 6 months old. She’s a chihuahua terrier mix under 10 pounds.
Daisy is not at shelter but we are going to accept applications and screen her potential adopters. We are also going to have her completely vetted (spayed, all her shots etc.) this way Daisy will stay in the comfort of the only home she knows until a home is found.

We are thrilled with the ongoing improvements! Our appreciation goes to Tyler's Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling, an exceptional company, for updating our AC system today! From start to finish, the facility never even got above 70 degrees! The guys even got to pet all of our guests while going back and forth during their work!

Why did we update our HVAC system? Well, even though our previous unit had been described to me as "brand new", it was actually a 2013 model nearing its demise. The unit's inefficiency was largely due to inadequate duct runs, causing it to work excessively hard. The new unit, accompanied by proper duct runs, will enable our facility to cool more efficiently, maintain a consistent temperature, and avoid unnecessary strain on the unit. We anticipate this upgrade will also lead to reduced utility costs. (Fingers crossed!)

ROAD UPDATE: the road crews are now replacing the culverts under Osborne. They are 2-3 west from Millet, which means you’ll have to come from a different direction.

Here are some options:
31 to New Rd to Millet
Mayflower (turns into Oak) to Osborne
St Rd 4 to Mulberry to Osborne

If your headed to the kennel today, or this week, avoid Osborne road. They are in the process of repaving it. I’ve called and tried to get answers of closures and such, but apparently nobody knows what’s going on.

Kai would like everyone to know, that the Wienie 500 starts today at 2:00! What is the Wienie 500? The "Wienie 500" is an inaugural race featuring Oscar Mayer's fleet of Wienermobiles, scheduled for today at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. This marks the first time all six Wienermobiles will compete in a race, and they will be racing in the pre-show before the Indy 500!

We strive to maintain your dog's eating regimen as consistent as possible, even if that involves refrigerating specific food. Marley and Mabel's owners demonstrate their affection by providing them with delectable and nutritious dinners. I would even venture to guess that's teriyaki chicken. Seriously. It must be. 100%.
