Update on Gracie! The vet was out today. The vet did say she had a very long road to recovery, she will never fully recover but could live comfortably. She is so sweet and loving that every one wants to give her a fighting chance.

We were able to get her loaded. She did so good much better than we thought she would’ve. We got her safely to the ranch now we are just waiting on the vet to come and assess.

We were contacted and asked to help rescue some abandoned horses in the middle of nowhere where… We had no idea what we were about to walk into. This poor girl we are glad that we can help her out of this situation and on to a better life ahead that she deserves. No horse deserves this. Poor girl has a long road of recovery ahead of her.

The vet will be out tomorrow to assess her and will will update everyone

The fires are at it again. Thank you everyone for your help last night! Rapture's Horse Rescue team, you guys rock! alway there to get the job done! Krista Duvall , Shizzo Mayes, Nevaeh Slone , Caitlynn Evans , Julie Williams, Jami Showley Hallare , Roger Russell and Trace and to Kim Carrell with East County Large Animal Evacuation Assistance and everyone who showed up to help, alway there to help out those in need in these scary times! Shontel Grivno and I want to say again Thank you guys!❤️ we got 11 cows, three donkeys, 4 horses, 1 pony and 2 goats.
