Let’s get something straight - a muzzle ≠ a bitey dog.

Dogs wear muzzles for all kinds of reasons 👇

🐾 Because busy places make them feel overwhelmed
🐾 Because they like to snack on things they really shouldn’t
🐾 Because their guardian is supporting them through training
🐾 Because they might bite if they’re scared – and their guardian is choosing safety for everyone (including the dog!)
🐾 Because they have a high prey drive, and their guardian is mindful of the risks
🐾 Because their guardian is preparing them for situations where a muzzle might be needed – like vet visits or emergencies

A muzzle doesn’t mean danger. It means love. It means responsibility. It means a guardian doing what’s right – not what’s easy.

So next time you see a dog in a muzzle... Don’t judge. Don’t fear. Don’t assume.

Smile at them. They’re out here, just like any other dog – living their best life, safely. 💕
