This page is dedicated to saving Bully Breeds and those most at risk facing euthanasia.

We advocate for breeds most in need and help both homeless dogs on the street and in the shelter.

Carter and "Merrick the Rottie" getting in some quality time in the play yard.
If ever you wanted a Rottweiler, this completely awesome senior fellow would be the one!

He loves everyone he meets and great with dogs. He's super chill and has quickly become a staff favorite as you can see.
Merrick was placed scared to death in our Safe Place for Strays and when we found a chip we took him to PCAC in the event someone was looking for him. The "Mom" was located she said she did not want him and literally signed papers to have him euthanized.

At that point, we loved him and knew what a good boy he is so... we intervened... now he needs a forever home or even a foster home.

This sweet baby was picked up last night in the Spirit Gymnastics parking lot in Winter Haven by a Good Samaritan. She called us for help but honestly, we do not have a single spot to add anyone and it's gut wrenching for us.

The finder had to go to PCAC with him but we do NOT NOT NOT want to let him sit there. He is STARVING, scared to death, in need of medical care and appears to be a puppy still.
He is so so sweet and seems good with dogs.

If you can foster him, we will grab him right back out! Please help us help him.

Please welcome "Bunny" to the PCBP Family.

She is loaded with personality, runs and plays and does all the things that a little precious nugget does.
8 weeks old and possible neurological issue that we are having evaluated immediatly.

Let's get this little girly in a foster home until such time we have an evaluation and know how to move forward.

It's Turkey Time and that means we're hoping to have some dogs go out for "Doggie Day Out" to give them a break from the shelter life.
For a day, night or week-end, Doggie Day Out is everything to a homeless dog.

2 puppies left to die when man leaves home for 8 days and leaves the puppies trapped in rusted out crates outside with NO food and NO water. Animal Abuse is alive and well in Polk County, Fl.

Today, we picked up 2 little babies being given away for free on FB.
This is what we walked up to....

Disgraceful. The brown one is a year old and the black one is 4 months old. A kind foster/volunteer came forward to not only pick them up for us but foster them.

We know very little but will keep everyone updated.

Safe to assume all vetting will be needed and any donations are appreciated.

FOSTER NEEDED for FIlipe’

Update: Filipe' went to a foster home last night to recieve the care needed for a full recovery.

Update; we just returned from our vet and it is in fact a hotspot. He was given an injection of antibiotic and put on cleansing wipes as well as ear medicine for his ear infection, they feel this will resolve with proper treatment.

We received a call last night to help a little Sh*tzu that was brought in to be euthanized over a hotspot.

His neck is painful to look at but should be treatable.
Filipe' is going to the Vet this morning at 11:45 and will need a foster home today if possible.

This is Zazu.

He's a 5yr old GSP in need of a new home.
We would love to help but need a foster home or better yet a permanent home to do so. He's good with dogs, cats and people and loves to cuddle.
He's potty trained and his favorite pastime is tossing the ball around for a game of catch.

He's such a good boy and should be with people who will appreciate all of his amazing qualities for the rest of his life.

If your'e a fan of this breed then you know what a gem he is.
