Graycie Lou had quite a weekend at the baseball tournament. At 6 months old they’ve almost finished their chewing, misbehaving, and “deaf ear” periods. They’re ready for more socialization so they can learn to work through fear of situations to build confidence.

Graycie has had 2 separate traumatizing events (got her head stuck between rocks while lizard hunting; ran away/hid for 8 hours) in her life and that dampened her strong independent personality to a more timid one we don’t want to stick. She will be going on lots of outings now until we feel she’s broken through the fear and timid behaviors.

She was loved by all the kids and dogs at the park, she was buried in shells while sunbathing, they built her a shell pillow, she rode in the car seat, the bottom of the stroller, napped in the shade under blankets, and practiced her “sit, stay” very patiently. Proud of this pup, and know she will be an incredible mother.
