Renovations are slowly coming together! Hopefully be done this weekend or next if things run smoothly.
The bus will be so much cooler after it’s done.
I’m so excited to bring something new to Lake City!
Why does your dog need a dog gym?
Exercise and enrichment should be offered daily to your pup.
Slatmills are low impact and perfect for any pup, even seniors.
Sometimes we work too much and honestly who can run as fast as their dog?
Maybe you had a surgery which keeps you from running or walking your dog.
Your dog could be overweight and your vet said they need to lose a few pounds.
Or you have a reactive dog. I work with those too.
The slatmills are dog powered so your pup chooses how fast they want to go.
I only use positive reinforcement through words, pets and toys. We will break out the treats if need be.
And the best part is you get to join your best friend to cheer them on!
There are only a few rules to the bus:
Please make sure you have signed the waiver.
If your dog is people reactive please let me know.
Shoes must be worn in the bus.
Kids are allowed on the bus but may not touch the slatmills as there are moving parts that can cause injuries to little fingers. They must be seated at all times for their safety.
I must sit in front of your dog until they are comfortable on the slatmill.
If you have more than one pup each pup will get their own first session. Please only bring out one pup at a time. It’s crucial for your dog to have their own private experience their first time.
Most of all have a positive attitude because if you’re nervous your dog will be too!
