This week we celebrate all of our Client Care Specialists for Veterinary Receptionist week! We can’t even begin to express our gratitude and appreciation for all they do, day in/day out, at each of our 5 practices. As the first point of contact, you make a huge impact, you aren’t just answering phones, you are establishing relationships with pet owners and their pets. Happy National Pet Day! How we all love our furry friends! They rely on us for many things. Food, water, snuggles, walks, grooming, social interaction... to name a few. Here are 4 additional things we can do for our pets:
1) Go through their toys and remove anything that is no longer safe for them.
2) Keep toxins and cords secured from your pets. Phone charges included.
3) Stay up to date on their vaccinations and wellness visits
4) Make sure the tags on their collars are secure and contact information on them, is up to date.
