Stitch had an adventure last night! We awoke to find the cage door ajar and someone missing… uh oh! We found this smooth criminal in less than 15 minutes and quickly rounded him up. If you ever find yourself in this situation, first place to look is under the cage. Then on top of it and behind it. They never seem to go too far. But, get ready because chinchillas are faster than you think! It helps to lure these feisty floofs into a dust bath and quickly scoop them up 😊

Lots of excitement at The Chinnery! Luna and Luca each have their own cage now. We aren’t sure what he did to anger her. He looks so innocent. I sense that Luna is enjoying being in the top level. She likes looking down on me a little too much 😂We also welcomed our first kits of the year! Welcome little floofs 💕💕

Me thinks that Marky Mark and Fiona would like to go to the show. They didn’t like my grooming session too much, but they did like the treats I gave them… and little chinnie Noel is getting super fluffy!

I bet you were wondering what our little herd is doing tonight! Well, Frosty can’t believe Christmas is over and is making a mess of his stocking. Eloise is enjoying some cholla wood. Noel, a little kit here, tasted a rose petal or two (paws up). And Ernie? He really wants an iPhone!
