Hi 5 week update, Katie is 5 weeks and starting to show, she has an appointment March 23 with the vet for an xray puppy count. I've been asked this many times so I'm going to explain my NO visit policy. I am registered with the state of Florida as a breeding home business. The county I live in does not allow client traffic to my home, I can have a home business via internet and phone but no client taffic. My neighbor had a home business and was shut down because he had client traffic. My second reason is when Katie is expecting my home becomes a sterile enviroment. Not even family or friends are allowed to visit. Katie and her pups health comes first and foremost. Parvo is the leading cause of death to a litter, its in the grass, the dirt, you can track it in on your shoes. My dogs are vacinated but the pups are not, pups are fragile and don't get vacinated untill 8 weeks. I tell clients not to take they're pups outside for potty training till they have had all they're shots. I hope you understand and respect this policy What I do is give my personal phone number, I answer emails, post video's,and photos. I understand the anticipation of waiting. If you need referances I can provide them. My job is to ensure a healthy mom and healthy puppies Thank you
