Getting deposit ready from our last sale and want to share this find with you. Beware of good counterfeit money!! This is a first for me that I know of. Whoever passed it on to my pocket knew I was too busy to REALLY look at this bill.

Ground walking is uneven. A few steps here and there.

5 outbuildings total including the house.

Approximately 3 miles off pavement on primitive dirt and gravel roads.
There will be good signs from the firehouse on Box Canyon Rd. to the sale.
