Our next sale maps will bring you in the back way. Do NOT enter from Mary Hill Park area. Come in from Hwy 14 tip of the hill…. top of hill near Pats Ranch Mart.
Where Hwy 14 merges with 97.
On the bluff. There is a truck pull out area at the top of the driveway.

Clean up Sale! Bring your boxes, fill them, be able to carry them to your car and only pay $1.00 a box!!
Larger items will be a fractionof the listed price! ( exception, 5th wheel trailer 16k)

Driveway is rough, steep and one lane. (Some pull off area) There will be some advisers out to keep everyone as safe as possible.
No entering sale from bottom drive. That will be exit only for pick up trucks (no trailers) and other all terrain vehicles.
Please wear comfortable shoes that are not open toe. The grass has spiked weeds and they will get in your feet. Ground Is not level. Some walking to sale buildings and outside items required.
This is not a sale friendly place for handicap.

Good Friday Morning Goldendale! Wow!! You my customers always amaze me with your turn out! Yesterday’s attendance was so incredible! If you were here you know my energy level was topped out. 🤗

Clean up day! Dollar a Box Sale!! Bring your own box, fill jr with any thing you like, be able to carry It to your car and only oay $1.00

2 Home Buildings and a large shop.
Parking on gravel road. Narrow circle drive near home and shop for picking up purchases.
Public Restroom available
Will try to offer debit/credit and Venmo with our 1 single bar if I stand in the 3 ft. Circle by that tree…. 😂
Stairs to one of the buildings and uneven ground if you are unsteady on your feet.
No pre-sales other than the leather horse driving set.

I received a call last week and made an appointment to meet with a couple in Goldendale. Busy with a sale at the time, wrote down some notes and neglected to write down a name, address and phone number. Fearful I failed to show for this appointment and no way to reach this couple, I am at a loss for options. If you called me and I have not gotten back in touch with you, please call again. I want to visit with you about your plans for a sale and in no way was this intentional.

Ok Centerville….
Anyone have concrete available to set my signs in?? lol, jkg.
Literally this sale is surrounded by wind farms. Nice when so hot to have a bit of a breeze. Not so nice when I can’t find any heavy rocks to weigh down my signs so my customers aren’t following them to the Columbia River.
Terrible to have such stresses with your work environment. 😂🤣

ADA restroom available. Plenty of parking. Sale is being held in a shop.
Huge collection of old books, records, magazine collections, dishes, linens.
Everything must sell.
