Happenstance Spring Premiere Show was a hit — the perfect way to kick off spring!

As always, we had the best crew with us all weekend. Huge thank you to and for their wonderful coaching, and to our helping hands, .mikayla and , for keeping everyone polished, organized, and exactly where they needed to be — all while showing themselves, too! Mikayla showed her buddy Say Cheese in the Children’s Hunter, and Mila competed in the Intermediate with Louie. She also took 1st with Let It Flow Joe in their jumper class both days in his debut show!

Both of our cross rail kiddos earned Grand Champion over the weekend. Abby came back strong for her first show in 10 years with Qubert, aka Bert, bringing home some 1sts! Clara was back with Scout in Academy, earning 1st in both of her equitation classes. She also completed her first Derby on Malibu Barbie and brought home a 4th place ribbon!

Suzie Mueller (our sub trainer) brought her youngest daughter out to have her debut show experience on lead line!! Absolutely the most adorable duo!!!

Nothing fancy. Just foundations.

Ground poles build strength, balance, and patience in a young OTTB.

The same rule applies everywhere:
strong foundations make everything else possible.

Joey and I have learned so much together. I am very new to this world. He has been the best boy to learn these foundational skills with. In my fitness background I have always encouraged a strong foundation to prevent injury and support strength. I just never knew this is how I would get to apply it one day!! It is an absolute honor.

Build the foundation… apply where necessary.

ISO: Cat bed/house, litter box, cat tree, etc…

HELLO FRIENDS!!

We are preparing to welcome some new, furry friends to the barn!

We are bringing in a couple of feline friends to help with mouse control. Since they will be new to the barn, we want to give them all of the comforts to make them want to entice them to hang around!!

And I don’t know about you but often times I have random items laying around that I no longer use and love to pass it on!! ….If anyone in our area has any old cat beds/houses, litter, box, etc. and would like to donate or sell it please let me know!

We had such a fantastic time connecting with !

Thank you for the VIP tour and for letting us peek behind the scenes of your beautiful facility. It was amazing to share ideas and inspiration with fellow horse lovers! The trainers and staff were all so kind, helpful, and informative—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Our trail and beach rides were absolutely incredible—10/10 recommend! Clara got to ride a rare Marsh Tacky, Belle, while I was paired with Sam, and Jacob rode Zeke for our beach adventure. Jeremy rode Silky, the other Marsh Tacky on the property, and Aubrey was matched with Baby for their trail ride. Even Jacob, who’s around horses all the time but had never ridden before, had the best experience!

A special thanks to Allie for taking time out of your busy day to give us her grand tour—we truly appreciate it!

And the icing on the cake? Meeting the beautiful before we left!
