UPDATE: We said he wouldn’t last long!!!! And just like that, Gabriel is home with his forever family!!!!💙💙💙💙

Meet Gabriel!!!! He is 10 weeks old, FIV/felv negative, has been flea treated, dewormed, and had his 1st of 2 distemper vaccines. Gabriel was bottle fed and is a lovable, playful, snuggle bug who doesn’t mind dogs. He is scheduled to be neutered and Rabies vaccinated on 7/22 and then will be ready for adoption to his forever home. Gabriel will make a wonderful addition to any household. Good afternoon fellow cat lovers. We wanted to let you all know that since we started Putnam AdvoCATS, Inc. in August 2012, we have Trapped, Neutered (or spayed) and Returned (TNR) to their feral communities, 2,321 cats!!!! AND we have fostered and adopted out a total of 629 kitties and/or cats!!! I don’t know about you all, but we think that is a tremendous accomplishment and cause for celebration!!! We also know that we could not have done it without so many of you who have helped with trapping, transporting, feeding, fostering, adopting, sharing posts and donating to our organization. We do it because we love kitties and cats and want to reduce the number of colonies living throughout Putnam County!

Meet Sandwich. A beautiful approximately 2 yr old tuxedo boy, whose family discarded him when they moved.😥 Accordingng to the man who rescued and is fostering Sandwich, he is gentle, affectionate, and a sweet boy who is always ready to greet you with soft purrs and a nuzzle. He loves to play and is very energetic. He has a very fun, goofy side. Sandwich would thrive as the only cat in the home. He is neutered and looking for his forever home! These very sweet and beautiful siblings (12-18 months old) were dumped and subsequently found and rescued by a Good Samaritan. The little boy relies on his big sister for support and comfort. They are FIV/FeLV negative and are current on vaccinations. They are currently being fostered by a local veterinarian 💙💕but this is temporary. The pair are shy but can be held and pet. They are scared, and rightfully so. But they are beautiful! If you or anyone you know are willing to accept these young kits into your home, please text Lisa at 845-519-5052. Please share!!! Meet Bisque!!!! A very special 4 1/2 month old kitten who is incredibly sweet, purrs nonstop and loves to snuggle. Bisque is also very playful and gets along with other cats and doesn’t mind dogs! She is FIV/FeLV negative, has been spayed, received 2 distemper vaccines & a rabies shot. Bisque has a slight disability (though she doesn’t seem to know that) in that her back legs don’t always work 100%. She has been seen by 2 independent vets who have both reported she has feeling in her legs, is not in pain, and is able to run and play. Bisque also uses the litter box without issue Xrays reveal no breaks. It is possible Bisque suffered a trauma as a young kitten or possible virus prior to being rescued from outsode. The vets cannot be certain as to exactly what happened. Bisque is a loving and special kitty who would make a wonderful addition to any home.
