This happened to the vet we took many of our special needs Pitties to, including Sophie & Ellie. While she was walking with her dogs in the woods, coyote hunters shot at her dogs!!! One died and one's in very critical condition :( poor babies, please help if you can. She helped our babies so much!

Baraboo friends: How sad??? I just received word of an elderly lady who is going to be in St. Mary's hospital for two months and has NO ONE to help her with her two cats.

If anyone can help, please let us know. Even temporarily until something else can be sorted out? Thank you!!!!

Lilly's ready to celebrate !! Lilly also wants to remind everyone that she's available for adoption and ready to find a forever home!!

Meet Lilly! I'm a 3-year-old young lady. I have big, floppy ears and a pretty fur coat. I'm in foster care with other dogs and I get along with cats.

Lilly is a 3-year-old Border Collie mix who is everything you want in a dog. She has big, floppy ears, and a pretty fur coat. Lilly is in foster care with other dogs and gets along well with cats. She is silly, serious, athletic and calm. Lilly walks great on a loose leash and is just as happy curled up by your side for pets and attention.

Lilly is cautious of new things, places and people, but quickly warms up. She will need a bit of patience from a new family. She really enjoys other dogs and would love the company of a canine playmate (her foster sisters are not interested.) Another dog can help build her confidence!

Lilly would do best with a fenced yard and positive reinforcement. She enjoys figuring things out with encouragement from people. She exhibits true "Border Collie nature" by being very spatially aware and the occasional “goose” under the back end! She also likes to herd excited children, so would do well in a home with older, calm kids.

Lilly is extremely loving, and loyal. She is an easy house-guest for her foster family and will transition to your home with ease.

Please Note: Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our rescue dogs we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We think that it’s more important to get to know each dog as an individual and we will do our best to describe each of our rescue dogs based on personality, not by breed label.

Dog (7-months of age and older) Adoption Fees are $275, which includes spay/neuter surgery, microchip, up-to-date on all age appropriate vaccines (including Rabies), deworming, f***l testing, 4DX Heartworm and Lymes testing, up-to-date on monthly heartworm preventative and flea/tick treatment, and certificate of veterinary inspection.
