I have walked pets and have pet sat for the past 10 years as a second source of income. I have been a vet tech for 5 years. I’m around pets 24/7 , 7 days a week.

I had a wonderful little break from pet sitting, and it was exactly what I needed to come back feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to love on all of these amazing pets again! 🤍🐾

This past week I had two overnight stays and several drop-in visits, and it felt so good to be back doing what I love. Looking ahead, I have a couple of meet-and-greets scheduled, more day visits, and another overnight this weekend. I’m so grateful for all of my wonderful clients who continue to trust me with their sweet fur babies. I can’t wait for another great week!

This November marks 10 years of being a local pet sitter in our community, and I still can’t believe how far this journey has come.
It all started with a simple flyer featuring a picture of my Chihuahua and my phone number at the bottom. I hung those flyers anywhere I could around town, hoping someone would trust a young college girl to care for their pets.
Fast forward 10 years, and I’m still humbled every single day that so many of you continue to trust me with your fur babies. Many of you have watched me grow from that college student into the woman I am today, and I truly wouldn’t be where I am without your support, referrals, and encouragement. Thank you for believing in me and my little dream.
Now, I’m just three short months away from marrying my best friend, and we’re so excited to begin this next chapter together.
We haven’t had the privilege of having our families help pay for our wedding, and that’s completely okay. We’ve always been proud to work hard for everything we have and never expect anything to be handed to us. But we’ve had several people ask if there’s a way they can celebrate with us, especially if they can’t attend our wedding.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe wildfires in Colorado, vehicle maintenance issues with my Jeep, and my fiancé's vehicle due for new tires, we reluctantly cancelled our plans and spent the weekend at home, enjoying in the company of our dogs. We made pupsicles and did hot dog races ❤️🤍💙🐾🐶

I'm surprised by how quickly June has passed, and I apologize for any absence. I've completed my last pet sitting job today for the month and am looking forward to a brief vacation in cooler weather.
