Meet Barbie!

Barbie is a 2 year old German Shepherd and this sweet girl is full of energy and is ready to start new adventures!!

She adjust well to the shelter quickly, loves being outside, running around and loves to play. She does well with other dogs and likes to show off her zoomies to everyone.

Barbie is treat motivated and is easy to train. She currently working on leash training and potty training and she is catching on! She will still need to continue her training when she finds her forever home. ❤️

Barbie has been spayed, vaccinated and more!

Poppy looking for her happily ever after 💕

Poppy is a 1 year old Black Mouth Curr/Shepherd mix. She was transferred in from another shelter to help her find her 2nd chance at life. She is thankful for the shelter staff for saving her and giving her a chance to shine! 💖

Poppy is a busy girl! She loves to work and by work, she likes to work for treats. She knows how to sit and lay down. She absolutely loves tennis balls and will play fetch all day and loves to playing with kids. She has been working on potty training and is getting there, but will need to continue her training in her new home.

Unfortunately, Poppy prefers be the only animal in the home, as she has never known was love is, until coming to the shelter. She loves the attention, from visitors and staff so much that doesn't like to share with other animals.

Poppy has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and more!! She is hoping to find her best friend 🧡

This handsome guy was found on 9/20 off of 600 Blk of N Shady Shores.

He is not chipped or neutered and came in with a black collar on. He is happily in our care, waiting on his owners to come pick him up.

💔Give our girl a chance 💔

Mishka has been here since February 2024. She is a 2 year old female, husky mix and full of life!

Miska is an amazing dog! She loves everyone she meets and loves her belly rub. She is amazing with kids, other dogs, big or small and does well with cats! She is the perfect dog for any family!

Miska has been adopted and returned due to not being house trained, however, she keeps her kennel clean here at the shelter and is house trained. To help her at her new home, it's best to crate train her to help guide her to being house trained in her new home. Mishka is hoping to find a family that will give her a forever loving home.

She has been spayed, and up to date on all vaccines for a year and is microchipped.

💔💔141 Days 💔💔

Yup, you read that right 😢 Stevie who is a sweet 3 year old Lab has been at the shelter for 141 days!!! BIG dogs deserve love too!

Stevie loves to play with male dogs! She loves to go on adventures and play with toys. She is house trained and walks well on leash and is not destructive. Stevie have severe anxiety when it storms and wants to seek comfort with you to help her through the storms. She loves to sleep on her bed and enjoy her life. She like to patrol the yards and warn off any unwanted critters. Stevie has been working on jumping and has done well, but will need to continue training.

Stevie has been spayed, up to date on all vaccines for a year and has been microchipped.

PLEASE someone give our girl a chance. She deserves a loving home!

Male young lab mix pup found on 9/13 at Willow Grove Park.

He is not chipped and came in with a collar on. He is not chipped and not neutered.

Found Dogs

2 sweet dogs, found on 9/13 off of 600 Blk of Beck Ave.

Both are males and are not chipped and not neutered. The tan pit has a collar on and the black chihuahua came in with no collar or tags.

Run Forrest Run

Forrest is a 4 month old domestic short hair kitten. He hoping to run into the arms of his new owner soon!! 😸

Forrest came us as a stray and has been such as sweet boy. He was too young for adoption and has enjoyed his time at the shelter with staf members. He loves everyone he meets and does well with other cats and is interested in being friends with dogs.

Way to go Lane for his Eagle Project!

The shelter was in need of yard shades and Lane stepped up, along with help from his fellow troops!

This has been such a fun project for everyone! Lane worked so hard with gathering all the supplies and coordinating the work with his fellow troop, and adults who volunteer their time.

With all the hard work Lane has done, along with his helpers, they need some play time with shelter puppies and getting little education on animal welfare.🐶

We cannot express our appreciation to Lane and all the voluntees!!
