We were featured in the local newspaper this week and would like to make sure all of our current and future customers are aware that our cattle are, and always have been, sourced locally in the ARKANSAS VALLEY……not Arkansas. Our cattle are born and raised here in the high country. We have contacted The Leadville Herald Democrat to let them know about their mistake.

We work with .co.op to use and support regenerative soils, family farms, ranches, bakeries, and other producers. Other bio-regional items currently on our menu: squash, herbs, lettuce, citrus, lentils, onions, and more.
