Sales Associate – Commission-Based (Remote)
Specializing in Protection Dogs, Working Dogs, & Training Packages

Location: Remote (U.S.-based applicants preferred)
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Rates discussed during interview – performance & experience-based)
Are you a natural closer with a passion for working dogs and a drive to dominate the sales field? Black Ops K9 is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated, aggressive, and results-driven Sales Associate to join our elite team.
You’ll be selling top-tier protection and working dogs as well as customized training packages to a range of high-level clients—from families looking for personal protection to law enforcement and security professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Generating and closing high-ticket sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement
• Educating potential buyers about our K9 offerings and training packages
• Building relationships with clients to establish trust and long-term value
• Tracking leads and following up with persistence and purpose
• Hitting monthly sales targets (and then crushing them)
• Collaborating with our team to refine pitch strategies and stay updated on offerings
What You Bring:
• A killer instinct for sales—hungry, confident, and relentless
• Proven success in commission-based or high-pressure sales (dog or luxury sales is a bonus)
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
• Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills
• Passion or experience with working dogs, personal protection, or K9 training is a major plus
