This week we're celebrating veterinary receptionist week. We could not let it pass without recognizing the increible gal(s) who keep everything running smoothly at the front desk.
Our receptionists are the first friendly faces you see and the comforting voices on the other end of the phone. They juggle busy schedules, comfort worried pet owners, answer countless questions, and somehow keep it all organised.
Reception is the heart of our clinic!

Thursday April 23rd! We are open from 8-5.

Services included can be:
Technician Fee for questions or Dr referral appointments
A**l gland expression
$10 Nail trims (up to $20)
We can perform Heartworm, Ehrlichiosis, Lyme Disease, and Anaplasmosis (4DX) Tests. We highly encourage dogs to be tested for tick-transmitted diseases. Already this spring we have pulled more than FIVE ticks off of dogs!

We can engrave both sides, or just one. Add your pets name, address, or phone number, or any message that can help keep them safe and identifiable! "Hello, my name is Bridget Wiklander. I grew up in Arizona but now I live south of Gowrie with my husband and son. When I'm not at work you can find me on our family farm gardening, knitting, or taking care of our sheep and chickens. This will be my third year as a veterinary technician. I previously worked at Town Vet Clinic of Gowrie before it closed in 2025. I look forward to meeting you and your pets!"

These heeler pups came for their first vet visit which included their first distemper vaccine and oral wormer. We look forward to seeing them again for the remainder of their puppy series vaccinations!
