• Laura wrecked havoc on Lake Charles🌀

• WE HIRED HEATHER!

Since then, she’s learned every pet’s name (and most of their favorite treats), loved each patient like her own, and somehow never runs out of baby talk for anxious pups. 🐾

We’re so lucky to have survived 2020 with Heather on our team—and even luckier to still have her five years later. Here’s to many more years of tail wags and pet magic! 🐾💚
