If I have confirmed you for beef this year we will be loading them out for the butcher October 13th. Sorry for the delay in getting them scheduled. They will be going to the new butcher north of us called Apex. I will be in touch for cut sheets around then. Thanks everyone.

It's that time of year. 6 steers are going to Bellingars packing July 26th. 7 halves available (**1** now). $3lb hang weight and you pay processing. $4lb hang weight standard processing included (you still get to pick your cuts, thickness of steaks, how many per pack, how many lbs of burger per pack, roast size etc), no specialty stuff like Jerky or custom patties etc etc included in standard processing. If you want those types of things $3lb route and you pay processing is the best option.

Halves average 380-420lbs hang weight.
