Due to a large amount of no show clients over the summer break we are having to implement a no show policy here at Furry Friends. We will be asking all customers to put a card on file when making reservations and failure to call within 48 hours of your appointment to cancel your dogs stay or groom will result in a $25 no show fee. We love having a full kennel but we hate having to turn people away for grooming or boarding only to reach that day and realize we had space after all. Therefore we will also be starting to keep a cancellation list for our customers to be added to when we are supposed to have a full kennel so we can call the people we had to decline if there are any cancellations opening up space in our facility.

Furry friends welcomes your bully breeds and doesn’t require your dog be spayed or neutered to come stay with us! We only ask that your dogs be friendly enough to allow us to safely move them in and out of the building and that they be vaccinated for rabies and Bordatella.
