The Pretty Pooch currently has a Bather position available! 🐾🛁

Candidate must be able to perform the following duties and responsibilities-

· Responsible for bathing and drying pets according to the grooming salon standards.

· Responsible for carefully brushing and combing the pet to remove tangles and knots.

· Properly utilize the blow dryers to fluff and straighten the pet’s coat in a manner instructed by the owner of the salon.

· At the owner’s request, clip and dremel the nails, clean ears and remove excess hair, properly clean and express a**l glands, and clean the eye area from any tearing.

· The Pet Bather inspects the condition of each’s pet’s skin and coat for external parasites, sores, cuts or condition requiring special treatment. He/she reports any suspect health conditions or behavior problems.

· Finish the pet with a bandana or bow.

Canidate muste have the following requirements-

• You must be able and available to work Monday to Thursday, and every other Friday.
7:30-3:30

•The Dog Bather must be comfortable handling all breeds and sizes of dogs.

•The Dog Bather is responsible for proper use and maintenance of the salon’s equipment and tools, as well as, maintaining the washing and drying of towels used.

•The Dog Bather will be responsible for keeping the grooming suites cleaned and sanitized between the use of each pet, along with the cleaning and sanitation of brushes, tubs, countertops and grooming tables.

•Additionally, miscellaneous duties will be assigned as needed by the owner, which include but are not limited to escorting the dog(s) to the client in the lobby area and helping the hotel complete daily tasks as the need arises.

•Provide 5-Star Customer Service to Our Furry Guests & Their People!

Job Type: full-time
Pay: Starting at $15 per hour
