Fern’s first library summer reading program with Pet Partners of Acadiana. She and this young reader really connected. It was so sweet to watch.

We had several visitors the past couple of weeks. They were all dogs that I have trained. Two came for the day for playtime and 3 stayed for a while. Fun, crazy playtime.

This makes my heart smile! A home full of unconditional love. 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶 Just got home from a private training session and these cuties are watching me check the mail. Yes there are 6 doodles in the window. One dog sitting visitor.

Sometimes when I say we have 5 doodles I am asked “Do they all get along?”. The answer is YES! Not only do they get along but they welcome visitors (board & train and dog sitting). I cannot stress enough the importance of socializing your dog if you want to bring him/her places with you. Not just that but I believe my dogs are enriched from it. These pics include some of my regular visitors.

I now have 2 registered therapy dogs with Pet Partners of Acadiana!! Willow has been volunteering in the community for 8 1/2 yrs and completed her two year re-evaluation today! Fern was evaluated today for the first time. Fern is ready to start volunteering too!
