December is usually a slower month and I expected that this year however I did not expect this life transition to happen at the same time. God can be so brutal when he is teaching you something and it’s time for a new lesson, something I didn’t prepare for and ignored the signs to do so. I am not upset at the change as much as I am afraid of what is in store for our (my son and I) lives.

Futhermore, I think it’s time to really dive in to the “why” behind the inception of the Handi Home brand. It’s been so close to my heart and a piece of life experience that I never saw coming into existence, much like now. It was a cushion for a life blow that has made a comeback full circle in 6 years.

I had to cut my work short for the remainder of the year, had a few customers pi**ed at me (rightfully so), a few bad reviews as a result and make this change immediately. Handi is gonna be down for a few months while this transition takes place but she will be back…better than ever in 2026!

For now… God and I are working on some personal improvements and business strategies. I appreciate you all for the support and love as we re-calibrate and look forward to the future of Handi Home.

It was our home outside of the house…and we lived for it! Father’s Day means so much more when the man actually wants to be a husband and dad, no matter how terrible of a childhood he may have had. Dats my Daddy 🫶🏾
