It's such a beautiful day here in Missouri. I couldn't help but take advantage of this cool weather and decided it's a perfect day for some breeding!! We had several successful Holland lop pairings, mini rex and meat rabbit pairings. Bring on the babies!!

Ok I'm so excited for September! Breeding starts out in the rabbitry. We're getting new nesting boxes. We're running the electric to the barn finally and its my baby's birthday month!! We've got a new fantastic herd that is going to make some gorgeous babies. Unfortunately we won't be doing pedigree this year but with each litter it's a step closer to producing our own pedigrees. It has been a hard couple years with the loss of almost our entire herd to the rats and contaminated feed but it's finally looking up. We're moving forward with faith and perseverance. Thank you everyone for following our journey and stay tuned for the big things that are coming!

Just a post to update everyone on the bunnies. They're all doing good. We're praying everyone holds up against this weeks heat. All our lops and rex are getting so big! We will start pairing at the end of August. We're working on running electric to the bunny barn and getting an ac/heater set up. Just have to wait 2 more weeks to get everything and then we'll be ready to go!! Thanks everyone for the support and following in our journey!
