What’s in a name? A couple years ago I drove to Indiana to pick up "The Misunderstood Arabian" also known as Tacoda. As I pulled up in the driveway, trailer in tow, Alison came running out of the house to see the new horse. I was telling her how beautiful the mare was and that she would just love her. As I led Tacoda out of the trailer, Alison's face just fell, disappointment written all over it.

She said, "Oh mom, you got another brown horse." And a farm was born...
Another Brown Horse Farm provides colt starting as well as working with horse owners to learn to better get along with their equine friend. We offer beginners pony lessons for children as well as adults. Time to wean? During that difficult but necessary time in a young horses life, we offer board only or board with training for weanlings. Our home has a pet room with an attached run and a large, fenced backyard for your canine friend to vacation while you enjoy yours. Another Brown Horse Farm, a little something for everyone....
