In coordination with our non-profit, 5 Ranges Phoenix Stables, we have begun to host regular trail rides for U.S. military veterans and individuals from their personal support networks. This is part of the RideUtah! initiative developed by Dr. Karl Hoopes, USU Extension equine expert and veterinarian, and Marine Corps. veteran, Ryan Benally. As you probably know, last year our beautiful mountain trails burned in the Deer Creek fire, but amazingly our tack shed was spared. Today we loaded it onto the back of a flatbed trailer to be moved to our new home.
