✅ Reward your dog for staying near your side
✅ If they pull, stop moving
✅ Wait for slack in the leash before continuing
✅ Keep sessions short and fun

Trinket is officially looking for a home where she can be a couch potato and a lab snuggle buddy! She loves to tug and play outside but her favorite spot is next to her humans cuddles all around!
She is kennel trained

Great in the house but still on a potty schedule!
She is 7 months old!
60% toy Aussie 40% border collie she will stay tiny tiny!

7-Day Dog Training Challenge – Day 2

Today we’re working on one of the most useful obedience skills: SIT.

✅ Hold a treat above your dog’s nose
✅ Slowly move it back toward their ears
✅ As their rear hits the ground, mark “Yes!” and reward
✅ Repeat 10-15 times

🎯 Goal: Your dog sits when asked without needing a lure every time.

7-Day Dog Training Challenge – Day 1

Today we’re building engagement and teaching your dog that their name means something amazing!

✅ Say your dog’s name once
✅ When they look at you, mark with “Yes!” and reward
✅ Practice in different rooms
✅ Do 10 repetitions, 3 times today

🎯 Goal: Your dog immediately turns toward you when their name is called.

Ready to have some fun while building a stronger relationship with your dog?

For the next 7 days, we’ll be sharing a daily training challenge designed to improve focus, engagement, obedience, and communication between you and your dog. Whether you have a brand-new puppy or an older dog, everyone is welcome to join!

Each day we’ll focus on a different skill:

🐾 Day 1 – Name Game
🐾 Day 2 – Sit
🐾 Day 3 – Loose Leash Walking
🐾 Day 4 – Stay
🐾 Day 5 – Recall (Come)
🐾 Day 6 – Focus (Watch Me)
🐾 Day 7 – Graduation Day Challenge

The goal isn’t perfection—it’s spending a few minutes each day working together, building trust, and having fun!
