About Us
Diamond Bar G Ranch is a privately owned estate with multiple residences, guest accommodations, and beautifully maintained properties. Our team works together to provide an exceptional environment for our principals and their guests, with a strong emphasis on quality, discretion, and professionalism. This role also requires travel with the family to support housekeeping needs across various locations, primarily during the summer months to their beach home and occasionally to their Portland residence (typically no more than 3 months out of the year), with travel responsibilities shared on a rotational basis among the housekeeping team.
What You’ll Do
As a Housekeeping Professional, you will help maintain our residences to the highest standards by:
• Cleaning and caring for luxury homes with exceptional attention to detail.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all living spaces.
• Making beds and changing linens.
• Caring for fine furnishings, finishes, and specialty materials.
• Organizing closets, storage areas, and household supplies.
• Laundry, ironing, and garment care.
• Execute meal service throughout the day prepared by private chefs.
• Preparing guest home for arrivals.
• Monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs.
• Working closely with the housekeeping team to maintain consistent standards.
• Assisting with seasonal deep cleaning and special projects.
• Traveling with the family as needed to maintain consistent housekeeping standards across all residences.
• Occasional care for principals pets including dogs, cats, and a bearded dragon, such as; walking dog, maintaining food and water levels for bearded dragon, feeding dogs and cats on occasion, scooping and cleaning cat litter boxes.

• Lives within 50 miles of La Pine, Oregon.
• Is willing and able to travel with the family as needed.
• Is physically able to perform housekeeping duties throughout the day.
• Wants to build a lasting career—not simply find another job
Previous professional housekeeping experience is appreciated, but we value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn just as much.
