Jessica Stephens isn’t your average dog trainer — dogs have been her passion and way of life since day one.

Raised around animals and competing in the Galveston County Fair & Rodeo, Jessica grew up showing livestock while raising and working her very first pair of Rottweilers as a kid. That early foundation built the drive, discipline, and understanding of animal behavior that would later shape Ruff Riders Ranch.

Over the last 10+ years, Jessica has worked hands-on in dog daycares, boarding facilities, and professional balanced training programs — gaining real-world experience with everything from puppies and basic obedience to severe behavioral cases and aggression rehabilitation.

She has trained under and learned from former Air Force canine handlers, earned certification as a Master Trainer, and has successfully worked with over 400+ dogs of all breeds, sizes, temperaments, and behavioral backgrounds.

Jessica believes dog training isn’t about “quick tricks” — it’s about building clear communication, structure, confidence, and trust between dog and owner. Ruff Riders Ranch was built on that philosophy.
