Unfortunately it’s come to this, we are making important changes to better serve our community. These changes help us respect everyone’s time—ours, yours, and the many clients who would love an appointment.
📣 Policy Update – Effective Immediately
To keep our schedule running smoothly and respect the time of all clients, the following policies are now in place:
🔔 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please reach out for extenuating circumstances. If not, 50% of the cancelled groom will be added at the next grooming appointment.
❌ No-Show Fee
No-shows will be charged 50% of the missed grooming appointment at the time of rebooking. Missed appointments impact our schedule and prevent others from services. All appointments scheduled receive reminders and confirmations, if you are not getting those please let us know.
Please make sure you are confirming your appointments or you might be subject to cancellation.
Our time, resources and knowledge are our most valuable asset, by confirming appointments ensures our best service, which you deserve!
💳 Payment Methods
We will no longer accept Venmo. Accepted payments are cash, check, and card. Payment due at time at pick up.
