Oglala Pet Project (OPP) Oglala Pet Project is a non-profit organization serving community members and pets on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.

To improve the quality of life for rez pets through education, spay/neuter, pet wellness assistance & the re-homing or networking of abandoned or unwanted pets on Pine Ridge! Only through a network of volunteers and partnering organizations, both on and off the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, can OPP help needy pets. We appreciate your on-going support of our efforts.

He was set out on a picnic table and his people drove off. To little to be away from mom, to little to survive in a big world alone. Bystanders scooped him up and his whole life changed. Arnold…. A little Rez mix of fluff and cute. He’s grown in the few weeks we have had him and is building his personality.
