Hey everyone 🤚🏼
It has been a long time since I've posted. Having to close down my business was one of the hardest things I've had to do. I am still in no position to be opening doors again but I would love to get back to working with my doggie clients again.

I want to start offering
🐾 Walks
🐾 Drop in visits

I'm now currently located in Boise. I can offer afternoon walk hours and a wide availability on the weekends.
For drop in visits I can also offer early morning and mid afternoon-evening hours.

Drop in visits are beneficial to dogs that thrive better in their own home and require less supervisions.

I hope one day I'll be able to reopen the doors to Home Away Dog boarding. I hope everyone is well 🐾💙 🐶

Thank you to all who have reached out to support us. At this time it is not looking good for us. 🥺 With interest rates rising the housing market is just not affordable to buy in at the moment. Our home is still for sale and business will be shut down until further notice. Probably a longer extended time than we would hope for. I hope all my clients find another great caregiver for future stays 😞🫶🏼

It brings me with great sadness to temporarily close up shop. To put it nicely the city won't allow me to run my business on our property we are currently at. They are unwilling to allow any sort of special permits or exceptions to our case. They consider me a commercial business now and the city won't allow me to run it on a "residential zoned" property. They weren't very friendly to work with unfortunately either.... I am essentially a one person small business so this is definitely hit us hard as Home away dog boarding was finally at my highest peak so far. The goal is to find property outside of city limits where we won't be bugged. I am sorry to my regular clients that can't come to me to finish off the summer months. There is no reopening date at this time. Please feel free to reach out about updates and I will also try to post an ETA when we have a better idea when it might be.
