I am restructuring my schedule to allow for me to better serve my patients and clients.

Effective immediately business hours are:

Monday through Thursday 10am to 4pm
Friday 10am to 1pm.

Medication pickups are available during business hours. After hours pick-up will not be readily available.

Happy 2020 everyone!

I wanted to update information regarding business hours and scheduling. I am also going to offer some dental specials staring in February. Stay tuned for details!

• Business hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Weekend and after-hours appointments are available. A weekend/after-hours charge will apply.
• Emergencies/urgent care visits incur an additional fee starting at 75.00
• After hours texts and non-emergency voice mails will be responded to the next business day.
• E-mails and Facebook messages are not accepted, only voice mails or texts.
• Text messages resulting in consultation will incur charges
If you have an emergency, please call and leave a message.
I will call you back as soon as I am able. If no response within 45 minutes contact another veterinarian. Calls without a message will not be returned. Texting regarding an emergency situation may easily be missed because I am driving or working on a patient. I will respond to text messages as soon as I am able but it may be several hours until I am able to do so.
Payment is due at time of service.
Forms of payment accepted are:
Cash, check
Credit cards - a 3% fee is added to bill to run a credit transaction
Venmo, Zelle

It's time for fall vaccinations! Vaccine clinic at Pleasant Valley Horse Center on Friday, October 28 from 1 to 5 pm. Special on rhino-flu vaccinations for $15.00 and free testing for Cushing's disease/ PPID for the first ten horses who qualify, thanks to Boehringer-Ingelheim.
