I’m excited to announce a new partnership with Del Leavitt of 75 Custom Leather!
Del has been around leatherwork almost his entire life. He started learning alongside his dad and through 4-H at just 5 years old. His family owned a saddle and tack shop in Nampa for 16 years, and those years helped shape his passion for quality craftsmanship and building tack that lasts.
After spending 30 years as a driller, Del faced an unexpected challenge when he lost the sight in his left eye in 2022. He made the decision to step away from drilling and focus on his leather business full-time. What could have been a setback turned into an opportunity to pursue what he truly loves.
I’m honored to partner with someone who puts so much pride into his work and genuinely cares about creating functional, affordable tack for horse owners. Together, we’re excited to bring quality products to you and your equine partners.
I’m also incredibly thankful that Del is able to continue building the tack that we have worked together to design and develop over the years. Valkyrie Equine has been a big part of that journey, and it means a lot to see those ideas continue through Del’s craftsmanship and dedication.
