Anxiety meds For my sisters dog.. anyone recommend tried and true ?

Need recommendation - does anyone have any tried and true calming/anxiety chews for their senior dogs? My oldest dog is becoming more anxious, more irritable, etc. Would love to give her something that will help her feel calmer in her senior years. recommendations?
