Mishka got her final vaccines and got a GOLD STAR for graduating and being such a good girl! I’m so proud of this girl. The amount of self-control and focus she has at such a young age is insane. I’m excited to see what her future holds but for now, she is our precious baby girl 💕

Mishka and Bailey wearing matching vests for their vet appointment. Because I see her every day, I didn’t realize how much Mishka has grown until I took this picture.

I also have to brag on this amazing little girl. Everyone who meets Mishka is absolutely impressed by the amount of self-control she has. She will sit and wait very patiently, she maintains amazing eye contact, and she is incredibly calm for such a young puppy. I have been incredibly blessed with such an amazing girl ❤️

Vet visit for Mishka. She got her next vaccines, passed her full health exam, and got tons of kisses and hugs from the vet and staff (a.k.a her new friends). Mishka was so well behaved I let her pick out a toy. She picked out a fluffy highland cow that she fell asleep with on the car ride home.
I am so happy to have this sweet little angel in my life 💜

I am so proud of this girl right now! She has anxiety and is doing quite well at her vet visit right now. She was put in a muzzle (precaution) and allowed the vet to give her two vaccines. She also allowed the tech to draw her blood. And when the muzzle came off, she was very happy to receive treats from her vet. We still have a long road ahead working on her anxiety, but I’m proud of this big win today!

Way to go Aspen!!!

It has been snowing all day! It definitely does not feel like Spring here in Kodiak. But at least it’s beautiful and the best kind of day to snuggle with the dogs ❤️

Good morning! So, I know my activity on this page has been minimal at best. I apologize for that. I am going to try and post more often. I know I don’t have a Labrador puppy to grow up at the moment, but there are lots of ways for me to continue and engage until that time comes!
For this morning, I’m going to leave you with pictures of our goofy, sweet, and slightly crazy Frenchie, Maya. The pictures of her in a surgery suit and cone are from being spayed and having her nares opened. Thursday will mark 2 weeks since the surgery (yay!)
This girl has helped me heal in ways I didn’t know I needed. Dogs…they are absolutely amazing!
