While I regret having to do this, Middlebrook Animal Clinic must close its doors effective April 20, 2026.

It has been an honor to serve you and your families for the past 21 years. Thank you for trusting me with your dear furbabies. I will forever treasure the relationships and experiences that I have had with them and you, as it has been a beautiful journey that exceeded my expectations. I will miss this as I enter into a new chapter of my life. Yet please know, my love affair with vet medicine is not over. I will return to practice at some point. I don’t know when or where, but I will come back. Watch for that email. I just know that I need to focus on supporting my family at this time. We will send your records to whichever veterinary facility is of your choosing. We will need a text message or email to give us permission to release the file as well as where to send the files. Our email is [email protected] or you may text us at 362-18. Records will be maintained by myself for the next 3 years.
